1. Privileges & Benefits
Privileges and benefits offered by Prince Plus Rewards Club are strictly for members
and are not transferable.
2. Points Accumulation
Accumulation of points will commence as of the member's registration date.
Only bookers from corporate companies are allowed to be members. In-house Guests
who are or will be residing in the hotel rooms or/and serviced apartments are strictly
prohibited to be members.
All update of accounts will be considered correct unless the Prince Plus Administrator
is notified in writing of any discrepancy within 14 days of the date of your e-statement.
Applies to all room bookings made at the published, corporate and long term rates
as well as all banquet events bookings except wedding events at published and corporate
rates within each calendar year (a full calendar year).
Points will not be awarded to complimentary stay or reservations paid for by wholesaler/travel
agents or other airlines vouchers.
Points awarded are strictly for rooms and apartments rates only, excluding incidental/misc/F&B/laundry/tel/internet
charges.
Banquet points are awarded based on the whole event billing (excluding the 10% service
tax and 5% government tax).
Points earned do not include 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
Points cannot be brought forward after the expiry date of the programme per a full
calendar year duration.
All unclaimed points will be forfeited after the expiry date.
Any account may be closed at the Prince Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur Management's
discretion if no points are accrued during a 12 month period.
Accumulated points are valid for one full calendar year only.
Points are strictly non-transferable or combined with another member.
Redemption of Accommodation and Food Vouchers cannot be used during eve, public
holidays and during special promotions.
There will be NO backdating of points for any members if the membership number is
not quoted at the time of reservation.
Points accumulated by members must be under the same employer and are automatically
nullified when members resign from their current employment.
3. Redemption
Award vouchers or certificates cannot be re-issued if lost, stolen of expired. Not
valid with any form of discount cards or combined with another promotional or festive
periods discounts or special priced items.
Redeemed rewards are strictly not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable
for cash or credit.
Redemption must be made within one full calendar year of membership.
All redemption vouchers/certificates are valid for a minimum of three months and
maximum of six months from the date of issuance and can only be used at stipulated
outlets or shops.
Value of voucher/certificate is nett.
Any amount incurred which is less than the voucher/certificate value will not be
refunded and any extra cost/amount exceeded the voucher/certificate value will be
charged accordingly.
Points redeemed will be deducted from the total points accumulated and the balance
would be reflected in the individual account.
Redemption points will not be rounded up to the nearest tier available for redemption.
Allow 5 - 6 weeks (working days) for processing and delivery of redemption vouchers.
Hotel vouchers are required for advance reservations of 72 hours.
